📦 Conditions of Return
   •   Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
   •   Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
   •   If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.

• Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

For respect, hygiene, and the nature of religious items, we do not accept returns on:
   •   Blessed items
   •   Custom or personalized Catholic decor
   •   Digital downloads
   •   Items damaged after delivery

❗ Problems With an Order

If your item arrives:
   •   Damaged
   •   Defective
   •   Incorrect
   •   Significantly not as described

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
